Four exciting cup finals ahead in Berkhamsted Sunday League

Shaun Garwe hit four goals as Hemel Aces stormed into the final of the Berkhamsted Sunday League’s Intermediate Cup.

Aces thrashed Dacorum 8-2 with Ross Gardiner, Leon Armagh, Billy Gray and Tomi Anafawashe also on target. Asa Foster and Rhys Tyler replied for Dacorum.

In the other semi-final, Finestay were 4-1 winners at FCB Hemel (Drew McFarlane) with Ben Pattie, Marcus Tower, Curtis Donaldson and Marvis Edmonds doing the damage.

The Junior Cup semi-finals were also staged last weekend with Old Bellgate hammering Hemel Raiders to earn their spot. Danny Bowers hit a hat-trick, Jack Samuels scored twice and Jack Johnson, Matt Durrant and Lewis Bowers were also on target.

The other clash saw Black Horse edge out The Goat 5-4 as Charlie Wood (3), Liam Kaley and Casey Birkett outscored Jack Wood (2), Adam Martin and Luke Kelly.

The league now has four cup finals to look forward to, all of which will be played at Hemel Hempstead Town’s Vauxhall Road ground.

Sunday, June 27 (11am): Junior Cup final: Old Bellgate v Black Horse.
