Dele is a Tudor! Spurs star takes time out for a trip to Vauxhall Road

Hemel Town fans couldn't believe their eyes last night after Spurs and England star Dele Alli was spotted in the stands at Vauxhall Road.

Alli, one of the country’s brightest young prospects, took time out to pose for selfies with the Hemel fans before settling down for the match.

While the Tudor faithful may have been dreaming of seeing Alli turn out for their side, he was in fact casting a watchful eye over ‘brother’ Harry Hickford – currently on loan at Hemel from MK Dons.

Although Alli was never formally adopted, as a youngster he lived full-time with the Hickford family after his biological mother gave him up for adoption due to alcohol addiction.

Unfortunately for Alli, Hickford did not start the game last night, but came on with 20 minutes left to help his side see out a 1-0 win over Eastbourne Borough.

With Stuart Pearce also in the stands, it was a star-studded occasion for the Tudors – and who knows, maybe manager Dean Brennan has his sights set on another couple of loan signings? Perhaps young Harry could put in a good word for his brother...
