Two arrested and teenager reported in three Hemel Hempstead police incidents
A 16-year-old driving without insurance, a motorist found with a "taser device" and a suspected drug-driver were among those stopped by police in Hemel Hempstead.
Officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire (BCH) Road Policing Unit shared details of the incidents on social media.

In one case, a vehicle which had previously failed to stop for police was later found being driven by a 16-year-old with no insurance and only a provisional licence.
The vehicle was seized and the teenager reported for alleged motoring offences.

In another incident, a vehicle failed to stop for officers in the early hours of the morning before reaching a dead end.
Police said a "taser device” [sic] was discovered inside the vehicle when the driver was arrested.
The motorist was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, dangerous driving, possession of a firearm, drink-driving and driving while disqualified.
In a third incident, officers investigating a vehicle believed to be uninsured discovered that the driver was allegedly disqualified.
Police also reported suspected possession of Class A and Class B drugs and drug-driving. The vehicle was seized and the driver arrested.
