Top marks for ambulance crews
The latest survey by the East of England Ambulance Service has seen 97 patients rate the service.
A poll covering April 2015 saw 58.6 per cent of patients in Beds & Herts say the service exceeded their expectations, while the remainder said it met or reasonably met their expectations.
