Active Dacorum's Virtual Wellness Festival will promote health and wellbeing

Dacorum residents can take part in a Virtual Wellness Festival which promotes health and wellbeing.

From Monday, May 31, to Sunday, June, 6, Active Dacorum and the Healthy Hub Dacorum will be holding a Virtual Wellness Festival which aims to provide both fun and informative activities to support Dacorum residents.

The week long virtual programme will showcase a variety of free online wellbeing activities that people can join in with and enjoy safely at home. There will also be a range of resources and daily tips as well as a daily themes prize giveaway.

Julie Banks, Portfolio Holder for Community and Regulatory Services said: “What another fantastic idea for Dacorum residents to get involved in online activities.

"It is great to see the range of organisations coming together, working with us in partnership to put on such an event for the community.”

The daily themes are:
