Man seen committing indecent act

Can you help policing who are investigating an indecent act in Harpenden yesterday?

Shortly before 1.10pm in Carlton Road a man was seen committing the act.

He is described as around 6ft tall, of medium build, with black hair, a tanned complexion, and wearing a dark blue polo shirt and dark blue combat trousers.

PC Tim Armstrong, from the Harpenden Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw a man acting suspiciously in the area or anyone who has any information about the incident to get in touch by calling the Hertfordshire Constabulary non‐emergency number 101 and quoting crime reference F2/16/955.
