Police investigating an attempted shoplifting in Hemel Hempstead have released a photograph of a man they would like to identify and speak to.

The incident happened in Sports Direct inside the Marlowes Shopping Centre at around 4pm on Sunday, April 18, where an attempt was made to remove several items of clothing from the store without payment.
