National gong for Herts policing boss
The Office of the Hertfordshire Police & Crime Commissioner has won a national award for the quality of its independent custody visiting scheme.
Commissioner David Lloyd was recognised by the inaugural Independent Custody Visiting Association (ICVA) Quality Assurance awards at the House of Lords on May 15.
