Small rise in Covid-19 cases in Dacorum today as lockdown looms

According to official figures Dacorum has recorded 11 new cases of Covid-19 taking the total since the start of the pandemic to 1,352.

There were 18,950 cases across the UK in the last 24 hours bringing the total to 1,053,864.

The recorded death toll in Dacorum remains unchanged at 103. There have been 898 deaths in Hertfordshire since the start of the pandemic.

According to government data released at 4pm on Monday there were 136 deaths in the last 24 hours.

The total now stands at 46,853.

On Thursday England will enter a second national lockdown which is set to last until at least December 2nd.
