Your chance for a first look inside Tring care home…which has its own cinema, hair salon and pub!

A new care home in Tring is inviting the community to explore its luxury facilities.

Care UK’s Eggleton House, on Miswell Lane, will be opening its doors to the public for free open weekends on 18th and 19th, and then 25th and 26th July from 10am–4pm.

Guests will be able to take a tour around the care home, which offers facilities including a cinema, hair and beauty salon and pub, and can sample delicious home-cooked food prepared by the home’s Head Chef.

They will also have the opportunity to meet the team and chat to the Home Manager, Clare Hedge, with the home officially opening this month.

Clare said: “We're excited to open the doors to Eggleton House and welcome the community into our wonderful new home.

“We understand the importance of making a care home feel like home, which is why we encourage local people to visit, meet the team and learn why life in a Care UK home is special.

“We’re incredibly proud of the warm and welcoming environment we’re creating here, and we’re looking forward to meeting the people of Tring and the surrounding areas so they can experience it for themselves!”

Designed to enable residents to lead active and fulfilling lives, while also promoting independence, Eggleton House incorporates plenty of space for leisure activities and hobbies. The layout of the building is configured into a series of individual suites, each having a dedicated lounge/dining room to facilitate the creation of close-knit communities.
