Flamstead Scarecrow Festival - what will they come up with this year?

One of the fun highlights of the Summer in Hertfordshire gets under way on Friday, August 21 and takes place throughout the weekend.

As well as scarecrows on various themes, with plenty of puns there is music in the churchyard, tea and cakes, the local pubs selling food and drink and plenty more to keep the family entertained.

You can get tickets in advance or on the day with a map of where to find the scarecrows and a voting form to pick your favourites.
