Celebrating 10 wonderful years with Florica at Chorleywood Beaumont

There was plenty to celebrate as we came together to mark a very special milestone for one of our much-loved team members, Florica, who has dedicated 10 years of caring, kindness and hard work to our home.

Reaching 10 years of service is a fantastic achievement, and everyone wanted to show their appreciation for everything Florica has done over the past decade. Her compassion, commitment and friendly smile have made a real difference to the lives of our residents, their families and her colleagues.

To celebrate, staff and residents gathered together to surprise Florica with a small celebration filled with laughter, warm words and plenty of cake. It was a wonderful opportunity to thank her for all she has given over the years and to recognise the positive impact she continues to have every day.

Residents and colleagues were delighted to join in the celebrations, sharing stories and memories from Florica's time at the home. It was a lovely reminder of the strong relationships she has built and the difference she has made to so many people's lives.
