A new Colour Run comes to Hemel Hempstead – join the fun for a local cause
Fun, laughter and colour will be order of the day for the local community who are invited to take part in a new colour run, in support of local children with physical disabilities. The Playskill Colour Run takes place on Sunday June 28 at Chambersbury School, Hemel Hempstead from 10am.

The Colour Run will raise much needed funds for Hemel-based charity, Playskill, which supports pre-school children with physical disabilities. Through free specialist play‑based therapy sessions, support at home, training and family events, Playskill develops vital communication, movement and life skills in children, while building resilience and confidence within families.
Featuring a wheelchair-accessible route with medals and sunglasses for everyone who takes part, this inclusive event is open to all. Alongside the run, participants and spectators can enjoy a lively family fun day atmosphere, including activities and refreshments.

Playskill CEO, Niki Michael, said:
“This event is about bringing the community together for a day of joy, colour and inclusivity, while making a real difference in the lives of local children and their families. We’d love to see as many people as possible come along and take part – having fun whilst making a positive difference in their local community.”
