Young aces impress for Berkhamsted at Bedfordshire Junior Open

First up was the U15 group stage and 13-year-old Chloe won each of her games 3-0 to set up a final showdown with Anya Stojanovic from Worcestershire.

Chloe took the first two hard fought games, but Anya staged a comeback to win the third 18-16.

However, Chloe dug really deep to take the fourth game 11-9 to hand her a first victory at her new age category.

Other notable Berkhamsted results came from Zan Farooqi who played in the U13 category and came third, and Hasnaat Farooqi who played in the U19 competition category and was an unlucky runner-up in the final.
