Speed demon Chenna Okoh blasts to gold at Crystal Palace
Okoh took first place in the U15 300m in a championship best time as he blew away the rest of the field.
Dom Ashwell was also on form, taking third place in the U17 100m, while Jessica O’Sullivan won bronze in the U17 pole vault.

Elsewhere, on a very undulating 13.2-mile course, both Jamie Marlowand Duncan Hamilton gained personal best times for the distance at the Burnham Beeches Half Marathon.
A total of 508 runners took to the ancient and beautiful woodlands of Farnham, Berkshire, on a not so sunny Sunday summer morning, but luckily the rain held off.
Meanwhile, Dacorum & Tring AC’s Matt Hamilton and his friends Chris Molloy and Grant Bateman tackled a London to Paris bike ride at the weekend.

Hide AdThe boys decided to set themselves a challenge which began in Trafalgar Square at 4pm on Friday afternoon. They then cycled 98km to catch the ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe.
Docking in Dieppe at 3.30am, they were back on their bikes and Paris-bound, arriving in the city at 1.30pm.
The journey totalled 284km and took 21 hours including the ferry journey. It was described as ‘agony’ by Matt but he said he loved it.
