Sapphire star Ondine shines at gymnastics championships
Ondine Achampong sailed through British Gymnastics' annual Level One Championship last weekend in Ipswich.
Ondine, from Hemel club Sapphire, came second overall, easily passing that level, with a great score of 66.15 which was only 0.25 behind the winner.
She came first on Floor and Conditioning, second on Bars and Beam and third on Vault.
