Langley makes his mark for Tring Running Club

Ross Langley was the star man for Tring Running Club at the Berkhamsted Half Marathon at the weekend as he came home in 20th position overall.

Also finishing inside the top-100 for Tring was Alan Whelan (89th), while Lynda Hembury was the club’s fastest female finisher in 132nd place overall.

Elsewhere, a group of Tring runners took on the inaugural Milton Keynes 20-mile road race on Sunday, with Luke Delderfield finishing in an impressive third place overall out of 812 finishers.
