The series of three runs covers 12, 17 and 20 miles, and Sunday saw more than 380 runners from all over the country tackle the 12-mile route.

The first three miles were along the wet and muddy Grand Union Canal towpath, before heading off towards Potten End and looping through the edge of Ashridge, before returning to the towpath for a last one-mile push.
