In-form Berkhamsted end the month with a flourish
The ladies’ seconds continue their record-breaking season with yet another win; this time beating Chiltern 3-0 to top of their league table. Player of the match was Becca Bowman who scored a brace.
The men’s firsts continued their promotion challenge with an excellent 1-0 win away at Bishop’s Stortford, while the seconds also had a tight battle – winning 2-1 against Royston.

Hide AdNick Burles rolled back the years to score the winner midway through the second half.
Elsewhere, the ladies’ first team continued their difficult season with yet another tight game - losing 3-2 against Letchworth.
The result of the day came from the men’s third XI who smashed St Albans 9-0.
There was a brace of hat-tricks in this extraordinary performance – Will Goodwyn bagged one of them and man of the match Amish Adodra scored the other. Also on target were Mark Robinson, Tom Kemplen and Will Hanwell.

Hide AdIt was not such good news for the men’s fifth team, however, as they lost 3-0 away at Stevenage.
On Sunday, the club had U8, U10, U12 and U14 teams representing them in various tournaments, including one that they hosted on the Tring School astro. Oliver Jeffs and Jamie Morton were joint players of the match for the U10s.
