Kings Langley Ladies still searching for elusive first league victory

Kings Langley Ladies FC continue to search for their first win in the league as they had to concede defeat to Bedmond Ladies FC without a ball being kicked.

With too many players unavailable, a team could not be fielded by Kings and they were forced to forfeit the fixture.

Manager Chris Walker is urgently looking for new players for his side, which plays in the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Women’s Football League.

Games take place on Sunday afternoons, and training sessions are usually held on Thursday evenings.

Players of any ability and experience are welcome to join the club, with the only criteria being that players must be over 16 to play in the league.

Players under 16 can train with the club until they can be officially signed up. The club is looking for players to cover all positions, but especially in defence.

This Sunday, Kings Langley Ladies are at home in the County Cup second round against Broadhall Ladies FC. Kick off is at 2pm at High Street Green, Adeyfield.

Any players interested in joining the club should contact Walker on 07833 603472 or email him at [email protected]
