Alex Campana got the scoring going on the 15 minute mark, receiving the ball from Danny Hutchins, taking on the defence and then cutting inside to beat the keeper.

A Callum Adebiyi run resulted in him losing the ball, but Connor Toomey was on hand to retrieve it, play in Nick Jackson and Kings were in command.

They consolidated that lead on 35 minutes, when Mitchell Weiss got up well to meet a Dean Hitchcock cross and head in off the post.

Just four minutes later Jackson’s through ball to Weiss saw the striker brought down and Danny Hutchins converted the penalty.

The half time summary was that Tigers had had a good opening spell, but Kings just got stronger as the half progressed and as we have seen lately, that kind of interval margin rarely leads to an inspiring second
half.

And so it proved, as Kings took their foot off the pedal somewhat, but were still able to add a further goal when Dean Hitchcock put a low shot out of reach of the keeper.

Langley are at home on Saturday when they will be looking to consolidate their position at the top of the table with three points from the clash with third-from-bottom Hillingdon Borough.
