Hemel Town part company with last season’s top scorer Mackey

Hemel Hempstead Town have cancelled the contract of striker Ben Mackey with mutual consent.

Last season’s top scorer in Hemel’s Southern League Premier Division winning campaign, Mackey was loaned out to Dunstable Town last month, and will now rejoin former club St Neots.

A Hemel Town FC spokesman said: “The club would like to wish Ben every success in his future and thank him for his service over the last year.”
