Aldi chip in to support the Hemel Town Youth starlets
The partnership comes as a part of Aldi’s commitment to supporting local community groups and to coincide with the opening of the second Aldi store in the town.
The store, which was opened at the end of July, has confirmed that it will be sponsoring the two youth teams to cover the cost of shirts and rain jackets at a total outlay of £1,300.

Aldi area manager Hendrik Storm said: “We’re incredibly proud to support the Hemel Town juniors and their teams, and wish them the best of luck for the season ahead.
“We’ve had a great reception from shoppers since opening in the town, and so we are more than happy to lend our support to the local community.”
The new store created 45 jobs for the local community and, due to Aldi’s continued growth, the company is also looking for additional staff for a variety of positions in stores across the region.
