The aquathlon consisted of a 750m open water swim and a 5k off-road run. Amazingly Hannah was the first person across the finish line and Victoria was first in her age-group.

Matt Hamilton continued his magnificent recent Triathlon form up in Birmingham where he took part in another sprint distance triathlon. Impressively, Matt was fourth placed male overall and was first in his age group.
