The youngsters in the ladies’ fourth team had a tough game against the adult Chiltern third team as they suffered an 8-1 loss.

However, the men’s 4s are enjoying an excellent run of results in 2016 which continued with a 2-1 victory against Cheshunt. Man of the match was Dawood Iqbal with his two goals from short corners.

The men’s 3s had a great game against Blueharts – just one point separates the two sides in the league and so it was no surprise when the game ended as a 2-2 draw.

The men’s second team have been on a bit of a resurgence recently, however their game against Broxbourne 1s – one of the league leaders – was a game too far. It was 3-3 with 15 minutes to go, but the extra fitness of the opposition led to them winning the game 6-3. Man of the match for Berko was Ollie Bowman.

The Men’s 5s started strongly against Hertford but could not keep the pressure up as they were eventually beaten 4-1.
