What's The Story? Celebrate 25 years of Oasis' iconic album

Celebrations will mark 25 years since Oasis launched their iconic album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?

On October 2 Big Brother Recordings release limited-edition formats of the album including a double silver coloured LP and picture disc on heavyweight vinyl with remastered audio.

Vinyl available from the official Oasis online store will include a replica of Noel’s handwritten lyrics for the hit song Wonderwall which features on the album.

(What’s The Story) Morning Glory? is the UK’s fifth best-selling album of all time and best-selling album of the 90s.

The album, which was Oasis’ second, entered the UK Official Album Chart at No.1 with 269,000 sales and enjoyed a total of ten weeks at the summit.

Worldwide, it went top ten in every major market in the world and became the band’s breakthrough album in the US, peaking at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with more than five million sales, and a global total now in excess of 22 million.

(What’s The Story) Morning Glory includes Oasis’ biggest selling UK singles including Don’t Look Back In Anger, Roll With It and Some Might Say.
