Your marathon place could benefit hospice

Dacorum’s very own Rennie Grove Hospice Care is looking for people who have been awarded a ballot place in next year’s London Marathon to join its team.

All of the charity’s bond places for the marathon have been filled, but people who have their own places are now being sought to run for Rennie Grove and help raise funds.

Joanne Hunt, events fundraiser, says: “We would really love to have a team of 30 people next year to help celebrate the charity’s 30th anniversary.

“We value our London Marathon team very highly and will look after you throughout your marathon journey.

“We host regular ‘meet the team’ evenings where you can swap training notes and fundraising ideas and get to know us and your fellow team members. Weekly emails are sent with plenty of training and nutrition tips as well as the latest fundraising ideas for you to consider.”
