Well-known community figures wed

Councillor Alan Anderson and Susan Reynolds tied the knot at St Mary’s Church.

Alann has represented Kings Langley on Dacorum Borough Council and been a member of Kings Langley Parish Council since 1999.

Susan’s late father, Jack, was the verger at St Mary’s and Susan is well­ known in her own right as the leader of a Brownie pack.

Alan said “I would like to thank Kings Langley’s first ever Mayor of Dacorum, Councillor Bob McLean, for being my best man at the wedding.

“Susan and I have been overwhelmed by the amount of best wishes and support we have received from our local communities.”

The couple will live in Kings Langley, following their honeymoon in the Scilly Isles.

Bob McLean said: “Everyone at both the borough and parish council wish the happy couple every good wish for the future.”
