TV star Matt supports health spa row-athon
Staff at Champneys Tring took park in various activities last week to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, with the help of TV presenter Matt Baker, star of Countryfile and The One Show.
From Monday to Wednesday, staff and guests took part in a row-athon from 8am to 8pm, where they rowed continuously for 213 miles/344,000 metres – the distance from London to Paris.
A total of more than £2,000 was raised for the charity.
