Rail passengers heading into London Euston face major disruption on Friday morning.

London Northwestern Railway and Avanti West Coast services are suspended south of Watford Junction while emergency services are dealing with an incident near Wembley.

Passengers from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and Dacorum stations are being advised to find another way to make their essential journeys into the capital.

A spokesman for London Northwestern said: "Train services running to and from stations north of Watford Junction will be cancelled or delayed.

"Disruption is expected to last until around 11am.

"Rail Replacement transport has been ordered between Northampton and Wellingborough to connect with East Midlands Railway services."
