Hertfordshire County Council election results 2021: Hemel Hempstead North West division

Results from Thursday's Hertfordshire County Council election are coming in, and in Hemel Hempstead North West Conservative candidate Fiona Guest has won the seat.
Members are routinely elected every four years in ‘all-out’ elections – with the last set of full elections held in 2017.

Hide AdThere are 10 county councillors elected from divisions in Dacorum.
Eight of those 10 seats were held by Conservatives and two by Lib Dems, before Thursday's election.
Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green candidates were standing in every one of the county council seats within Dacorum – with a Reform candidate standing in Bridgewater and independent Jan Maddern in Hemel Hempstead South East.
Turnout in Hemel Hempstead North West was 30%.
Hemel Hempstead North West:
Elected - Fiona Guest (Conservative) - 1917 votes (56%)
Gary Adamson (Labour) - 811 votes (23%)
Diane Wilson (Liberal Democrats) - 396 votes (11%)
Sherief Hassan (Green Party) - 328 votes (10%).
Cllr Fiona Guest said: "I am delighted that they have trusted me to serve them for the next four years and will endeavour to do so to the best of my ability."

Hide AdVoters in Dacorum also voted on who they wanted to take up the role of Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire – the contest was due to take place last year, but was delayed due to the pandemic.
The result of Herts PCC and the Dacorum Borough Council by-election - Tring Central Ward and Leverstock Green Ward - will be announced on Monday, May 10.
