Sandra needs lots of love and TLC after having her damaged eye removed

Sandra is looking for a very special home.

She is a very sweet crossbred bitch about seven years of age. Damage to her left eye means she is likely to undergo surgery before she is rehomed.

Sandra will cope well with only one eye but will require plenty of TLC to help her convalesce.

Cats Protection Dacorum has closed its branch for adoptions only from Monday, December 16 until January 5.

This is because – like other animal charities – it chooses not to home cats and kittens as Christmas presents due to the high risk of them being returned unwanted shortly afterwards.
