Active Dacorum and the Healthy Hub Dacorum recently hosted their second Virtual Wellness Festival to promote health and wellbeing.

The week long virtual programme, from Monday, May 31, to Sunday, June 6, showcased a variety of free online wellbeing activities which can still be accessed now for people to enjoy safely at home.

There was a different theme for each day of the festival:

Councillor Julie Banks, portfolio holder for community and regulatory services said: “It was so great to see the variety of activities that the team provided, from a talk about sleep to a session on office based stretches, there really is something for everyone.

"Thank you once again to all of the organisations that came together to work with us in partnership to put on such an event for the community.”
