High number of responses to Dacorum's Local Plan Consultation but what happens now?
The council's consultation on the Local Plan closed on Sunday
Dacorum Borough Council received a high number of responses to the consultation on the Emerging Strategy for Growth stage of the Local Plan, which closed on Sunday, February 28.
The responses to the consultation are currently being collated and all comments will be considered and will help inform the next stage of the Local Plan.
Further public consultation will be carried out before the final version of the Draft Local Plan is submitted to the Government's Planning Inspectorate.
Cllr Andrew Williams, Leader of Dacorum Borough Council said: "We are delighted with the response we have received to this consultation.
"I would like to thank everyone that has taken the time to have their say. All feedback will be taken into account as we move on to the next stage of the Local Plan."
