Hemel Hempstead staff chill out over free festive mocktails

The bar was carved from a single block of ice, and left employees intrigued and pleasantly surprised.

In the run-up to the event, staff were asked to vote on the mocktail they most wanted to see on the menu.

Christmas Star was the winner which comprised passion fruit, vanilla syrup, lime juice, tropical fruit juice and soda served over ice.

Dina Mistry, marketing manager for Breakspear Park, said: “The run-up to the Christmas period is so exhausting we decided to offer staff an opportunity to have a fun 15 minutes away from their desks.

“The ice bar proved to be a massive talking (and touching) point for all who experienced it. It was refreshing to see how many people took the chance to chill over our special mocktail.”
