Hemel Hempstead people urged to sleepout to help homeless
Funds raised from event this Friday will go to charity DENS
Struggling of ways to entertain the children this lockdown? Don’t worry, help is at hand.
DENS - the homeless charity for people in Dacorum - has the perfect family night of entertainment for you, with a sleepout this Friday (November 13).
It’s easy….whether you decide to camp outside or build a den inside, simply swap your cosy bed for a sleeping bag. All money raised will help DENS continue to support vulnerable people.
Warrick, part of a local scout group, is really excited for Friday. He said: “I'm so proud to be earning my Community Badge and can’t wait to sleep out in my garden.”
Registration is £5 to enter and is open to everybody. Sign up here or email [email protected] for more information.
