Justine Chung, the delivery suite’s Matron, said: “Christmas was made extra special by the arrival of eight wonderful babies to Watford General Hospital’s delivery suite.

“I would like to thank all the fantastic staff who worked over Christmas Day and the festive period – not just the staff in the delivery suite but also in the wider trust – who continue to provide a high standard of care for all our women and babies.

“Congratulations to all the families who have had an extra special Christmas this year with the arrival of their babies.”
