Fly-tipper who TWICE dumped waste on Kings Langley road is prosecuted

Ricky Tim, posing as a collection service worker, twice picked up waste from properties in Watford, charging residents more than £140 for his service.
But on both occasions the fly-tipper dumped the waste he had collected in Barnes Lane, Kings Langley.

Hide AdTim was contacted as part of the Dacorum Borough Council’s investigations, but he failed to co-operate with officers.
On November 13, Tim, of Watford, pleaded guilty to both offences and was ordered to work 80 hours unpaid by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court.
Dacorum Borough Council were also awarded costs in the sum of £650.
Nicola Lobendhan, Dacorum Borough Council’s anti-social behaviour team leader said: “This action evidences the commitment of our environmental enforcement team to actively seek out and prosecute offenders who decide to fly tip in our borough.
"We also share our intelligence with neighbouring boroughs across Hertfordshire”.
