Children in the critical care ward in Watford Hospital were brought some Easter joy thanks to caring staff at Santander Hemel Hempstead.

Staff at the branch organised a charity fundraiser to buy toys and Easter eggs for 30 children on the ward.

The fundraising effort was helped by the generosity of the local community - and shops B&M and Sainsbury's also helped out by providing a discount.

The fundraiser was organised By Michele Ramunni, personal banker and Anisa Khan, community hub director, at Santander Hemel Hempstead.
