Throughout the three national lockdowns, people in this community have gone above and beyond to help others in Dacorum.
We asked The Gazette readers to tell this newspaper who their lockdown legends have been so we could help to share their good work.
Those who have touched the most lives in this area, include remarkable human beings that have been the back bone behind food banks, a charity providing a free breakfast and lunch club, and individuals who have been giving a helping hand, wherever they are needed.
In no particular order, here are some of your nominations for incredible people in Dacorum who have been making a big difference.
1. The Kaotic Angels Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club

2. Haylea Gavin
Haylea, who is a Slimming World consultant, was nominated by a number of people for the support she has given to her clients throughout the pandemic. She was also praised for donating gifts to care homes. One person said: "This lady has worked hard to raise donation money to purchase those gifts via the body shop and should be recognised for her hard work."
