Body of missing Hertfordshire woman found in river say police

Police looking for a missing woman from Hertfordshire have found a body in a river in Bedford.

Bedfordshire Police confirmed the body found yesterday (March 4) in the river near Barker's Lane, was that of Lesley Relph.

The 62-year-old was reported missing on March 1, from Hitchin.

A formal identification has yet to take place, but the family have been informed.
