Ashridge House turned blue for the NHS on Thursday, May 14, to show appreciation for the doctors and nurses that are on the frontline.
The country estate and stately home in Berkhamsted went blue to thank the country's NHS heroes and all the key workers during the coronavirus pandemic.

Hide AdNatalie Halliwell-Jennings, Events Sales and Marketing Manager, said: "We turned the house blue on May 14, we wanted to do something to acknowledge what has been happening.


"The work the doctors, nurses and key workers are doing is amazing and we wanted to show a gesture of our gratitude.
"It is our way of saying thank you to all of them, to share the love and honour all the amazing key workers who have worked tirelessly to keep our wonderful country safe and moving forward
"Every Thursday we do the clapping at 8pm and that day we decided we wanted to turn the house blue for the NHS.

Hide Ad"We want to do whatever we can to help during this pandemic and we did offer the house to the NHS for key workers to use, which they were really grateful for, but they didn't need to use it in the end.


"We also sent masks to St Francis Hospice, we are just trying to help where we can."
