Specsavers in Hemel Hempstead handed out more than 250 litres of bottled water to thirsty runners taking part in the town's charity 10k.
The team from Specsavers in The Marlowes donated and dished out the drinks to 500 participants who were raising funds for Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
