'˜Nuisance neighbours' kicked out after drugs raid
The Dacorum Borough Council property – 34 Dellcut Road in Highfield, Hemel Hempstead – has been sealed off for three months to put a stop to anti-social behaviour and prevent crime in the vicinity.
After considering evidence gathered by officers from the council’s anti-social behaviour team and Herts Police, St Albans Magistrates Court decided the closure order was the best option after listening to evidence from witnesses.
