Man fined £400 for possession of ammunition and cannabis

Possession of a small bag of cannabis and ammunition, namely one round of intact and unfired 0.303 calibre ammunition, one round of intact and unfired rifle ammunition and two rounds of 0.45 calibre ammunition, without holding a firearm certificate at Hemel Hempstead on January 30.
