The country’s biggest cycling event will be making a pit-stop in Gadebridge Park on Friday, September 12, and the elite athletes’ route will be lined with specially-made cycle jersey bunting created by the lovely ladies at Florence Longman House, Apsley.

Polly Ling, Vera Bullock, Shelagh Martin and Pat Pow are far from novice knitters, as they’ve helped create thousands of mini hats for the Innocent Smoothies ‘Big Knit’ campaign for Age UK in previous years.
