Have you lost a parakeet?
A brightly-coloured bird believed to be a parakeet is thought to be someone's lost pet.
The creature was found in a garden on Belmont Road, Hemel, on Sunday afternoon (August 7).
Due to the bird’s tame nature, it’s thought it had an owner at one time.
He or she is currently being cared for at Medivet Risedale.
