Friends plan Halloween '¨Ball in memory of Nan
Lisa Record and Tasha Brooks are holding the Halloween party, in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK, in memory of Lisa’s Nan.
Both girls are Hemel born and bred. Lisa, who attended The Cavendish School,is studying for a teaching degree.
Tasha, a former Adeyfield student, is a beauty therapist.

Hide AdBut in their spare time, the 21-year-olds enjoy running charity events.
Their Masquerade Ball for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust last year raised nearly £2,000.
Lisa said: “Our nights are always spontaneous and full of fun. Last year, £100 was raised by a group of boys who, after a few drinks, decided they would get up and sing if people would donate!”
The Halloween Ball will take place from 7pm until midnight on Friday October 28 at the club, on Vauxhall Road.

Hide AdAs well as a bar, there will be a DJ and a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses, including beauty treatments,meals and days out.
Games, with alcohol prizes, will include a Halloween-themed quiz and there will be trophies for the best-dressed man and woman.
Lisa said: “If people choose you dress up, that’s great but it isn’t compulsory.”
