First class post was less reliable
First Class postal deliveries have been getting less reliable.
According to the Royal Mail Quality of Service report 95.5 per cent of first class mail sent to HP post codes arrived the next day between April and June, falling to 92.3 per cent from July-September. The First Class target is for 93.0 per cent to arrive the next working day.
