Organisers The Dacorum Machinery and Steam Preservation Group aims to inspire the next generation to preserve the vintage vehicles of their heritage, in addition to raising money for The Hospice of St Francis.

Over the last eight years the group has donated over £120k to the Berkhamsted based charity to help it to continue providing care for Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire people facing life limiting illnesses.

Hemel MP Mike Penning, who attends the event every year as one of the Hospice’s patrons, said: “What the organisers do for the community is incredible. Without what they, and people like them do, the hospice wouldn’t be able to continue to provide its vital services.”

There is free parking with tractor/trailer rides from the car park to the show entrance.
